Maintain agreement with Inmarsat Service Provider or other approved provider for general and regulatory communication, and maintenance of communication equipment, including any additional items required by the Principal.

Keep payments of Flag Annual Tonnage Tax, License Fees, and Light Dues etc., up to date.
